  They have banker's hours there, no weekend hours, only one staff person there who acts as if she is put out by having to take blood, moves like a snail, no pleasantness, absolutely nothing there that would make anyone want to go there. So, don't go there if you have half a brain. It is amazing that workers can conduct themselves so poorly and have no fear of repurcussions. I guess there are none.

  Extremely rude employee. Will never go there and do not recommend to anyone. The employee who took my blood samples was so rude and careless. she was just throwing the test tubes filled with my blood into a box as if they are a bunch of trash. They could have easily broken. Also, while the needle was in my vein she was making harsh careless moves which were disturbing the needle position and causing pain. There was a loud annoying music on her computer and she was singing along all the time, which was even more annoying and surprising too. Selecting single star because It doesn't allow to post with ZERO or NEGATIVE stars. Please stay away from this place.

  Wish there was a negative #. How this large company hasn’t closed this location or replaced the employees at this location is mind blowing. They opened at 8, 15 minutes pass and not one patient is called. No ‘I’ll be right with you all’, no ‘give me a couple of minutes’ NOTHING. NO SMILE NO NOTHING. We ALL have things to do, most of us are probably fasting and hungry and this lady is taking her sweet time consumed with the power of moving as slow as she possibly can because SHE has nowhere to go. As the only Labquest in this area, there are a lot of patients and only ONE miserable employee. Shame on you QUEST! LOOK AT YOUR RATINGS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. CLEARLY SOMETHING IS WRONG
