  Nursing is the only industry today that manually lifts 50lbs or more. This takes a toll on our muscles and skeleton. Several years ago I injured my shoulder while lifting a patient. I never sought treatment because it didn’t feel serious. As the years continued, the inflammation got worse. I suffered increasingly with neck, shoulder and back tension along with localized headaches. Nine years following this injury I met with Aaron for acupuncture treatments. During our first meeting he helped me understand how acupuncture worked. The needles created an injury and the body immediately promotes healing by bringing blood flow to the site of injury. Additionally we both shared the believe that approaching any treatment with a positive frame of mind was incredibly important. I got relief after just one treatment and it blew me away. After nine years living with a rock hard trapezius muscle, I felt better with each treatment. As I improved I began to feel scared to feel better. It seemed impossible to live without pain. However Aaron and a friend reminded me no one deserves to live with pain. What a journey! My localized headaches no longer occur, pain is significantly decreased and is absolutely tolerable now. Aaron recommended daily use of a heating pad which I applied while watching TV at home and saw Arron twice weekly. I’ve also done lower back treatments and it’s incredible the relief I feel almost immediately. My progress and results is phenomenal. Aaron is an incredible practitioner. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate, straightforward and funny. He is a joy to talk with. He listens to my concerns and adjusts the treatments accordingly. He has a fantastic website with information about acupuncture and current research. He is dedicated to his practice and patient care. I highly recommend Aaron for acupuncture treatments.

  I saw Aaron over a year ago to manage my stress and acne. Aaron patiently also heard about my miscarriages and advised to manage my food and water intake as well as my stress. He said age is a number and should not deter me from trying to get pregnant again. With Aaron's advise, his acupuncture treatment and herbs I am now a proud mother of a beautiful and healthy daughter. I am spellbound how Aaron has made this possible at my 40+ age after multiple miscarriages and failed IVFs. I had given up when I chanced across Aaron. He has been very professional, extremely well read on herbs and nutrition as well as acupuncture. I was pregnant after just 4 months of his treatment and diet regulation and internal cleansing.   I took my son to Kwan Acupuncture because we needed help with severe allergies. We have been seeing Aaron for approximately nine months. At first I was skeptical whether it would be helpful, however, now I'm convinced it's definitely helping. He has improved dramatically in recent weeks, not displaying any of the usual reactions that would come with the change of seasons. I am completely amazed and pleased. My son has been able to go outside and enjoy outdoor games on the grass which was impossible previously. Aaron is a very well educated, thoughtful and talented person. I would highly recommend him in all situations. Remember, patience matters when it comes acupuncture and natural therapys, but it's well worth the wait.

  I had chronic, intense neck & shoulder pain. I finally tried acupuncture and am so thankful I found Kean Acupuncture. In just six sessions I am finally feeling normal and virtually painfree. Aaron knew the exact location of all the trigger points of pain before I could even show him and addressed them to gently & instantly relieve the pain and tension.

  This is certainly long overdue, because ever since I stepped foot in Aaron’s office 4 months ago, I already felt better right after my initial appointment, and being a patient since has been life altering. Before meeting Aaron I decided to stop taking Birth Control a year prior, after taking it for 9 yrs. And for that year my hormones and menstrual cycle were a complete mess and wreaking havoc on my body and overall well being! In June, 4 months before going to Aaron I didn’t get my period for 2 months and had debilitating pain (pins and needles) down my left leg and left side, to find out I had an orange size cyst on my ovary. My anxiety ridden self couldn’t come to terms with even a “minor” laparoscopic surgery. Depressed and defeated I was desperate, and in a last ditch effort I was going to conquer my fear of needles and try acupuncture. Reading through Aaron’s reviews I immediately felt like this is who I wanted to go to. I was nervous upon meeting him, but he immediately greeted me with a kind smile and reassured me everything was going to be okay. He listens and truly cares for his patients. The needles didn’t hurt and after my first session I already felt a million times better. The cyst pain dissipated in 2-3 weeks, he regulated my period in one month, and the cyst shrank to an egg. And with my decreased anxiety, and Aaron’s positive coaxing the last couple weeks, I finally felt relaxed enough to make the decision to get the surgery.. just to find out the cyst had dissolved since my last doctors appointment a month ago! I’m beyond THRILLED and could not have gotten through this extremely, tough time without Aaron! DO NOT HESITATE ONE MORE MINUTE! He is truly a miracle worker!
