  Lesson learnt: make sure you have an appt. I did not have an appt and I confirmed to make sure they accepted walk ins. There were no patients for about 20 - 30 minutes. I asked the attendant if I could get my blood drawn since there were no patients and she said they can't just in case someone with an appt walks in. I checked in at 3.30pm. The next appt was at 4pm so I waited and waited. When I asked why I could not be seen, another attendant said they have paper work in between appts and there is no guarantee that walk ins will be seen. The attendants were rude, dismissive and just cranky. Very bad service.
