::I’ve been going to this office for over 15 years and the quality of service all around has declined significantly. The call wait times are ridiculous. The service you get when you finally get through is disgusting. What happened to answering the phone with a smile. They are so nasty! You’re in the business of helping people why do you answer the phone with an attitude. Switching doctors ASAP. And would advise everyone who still decides to be a patient there to leave immediately. Know your worth! They can’t keep a good doctor for a reason

::DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE !!! You have to wait almost an hour just to make an appointment just for them to tell you there’s nothing available. You have to sign medical release forms just for a COPY of your child physical !! I would not recommend at !

::I have been trying to Schedule an appointment for over a week now!!! Can’t get through after waiting 45 minutes on hold, it disconnected!!!!!!! I’m getting a new pediatric ASAP! They do not deserve any stars and I’ve been coming here for a lot of years when Dr. Casey was around …I miss her!!!!

::This place went from being the best pediatric office in the city of Bridgeport to being absolutely pathetic. The ladies who answer the phone are rude. The place looks like a walk-in clinic b/c it's always so packed. No one ever seems to know what's going on so you find yourself explaining repeatedly. They don't even bother to call you back in most cases. I have been trying to get a referral for my son which was requested by his school for 8 months....8 months!!!!! Never made any progress. Finally, I've made the decision to pull all three of my kids out of their care due to GROSS NEGLIGENCE! Please take my warning seriously and do not bring your kids here. Anyone can do better than this place.

::Let me start by saying this practice is TACKY! I have been bringing my daughter here for 11 years (since birth) because I love Dr. Casey. However, these employee have nasty attitudes and they never know what's going on or how to do their job. You can speak two different people and they will give you two COMPLETELY different answers to the same question. They don't give a damn the children coming in. You show up 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, still wait an hour and only see your doctor for 10 minutes. Oh and DON'T call for help or with questions because they are even nastier over the phone. The final straw is not being able to get my daughter's prescription filled still, 2 days after the appointment because after giving them the correct pharmacy name and address it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy TWICE. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! If I could give them negative stars I would.
