  I have been a Diamond member with choice hotels since 2018 with no incidents this is the worst hotel to book if you are traveling from outside of Illinois front desk clerks are rude ice machines have mold none of the vending machines were are operable breakfast was bust un clean juice machines running pure water waffles were okay I guess. they kept a $50 deposit said that there was smoking in the room with no proof but decided not to charge their policy $250 for cleaning of room with smoking damages and refuses to work with choice hotels on investigating the matter but managed to ban me from the property 🤣the manager Cathy is a piece of work also TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE plenty other better hotels in surrounding suburbs of Chicago that properly clean and staff their hotel with Honest hardworking people.

  I reserved this hotel so that my husband and I could go in the jacuzzi and pool. When we checked in we found out it was closed!! I would have loved to know that before booking. I booked one day ahead, so they should have told me. Front desk clerk at check in was fantastic! She was friendly and kind!

  We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Soldier Field. There are several good restaurants right by the hotel too!

  Hotel is clean, desk staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were closed for “maintenance” for our entire 5 night stay, along with the soda machine being out of service as well. The breakfast was very minimal - waffles, cereal and yogurt - no protein of any kind. Even a hard boiled egg would have been a welcome option. There was no room cleaning services. We had to put garbage out in the mornings and ask for fresh towels. I didn’t really care about sheets but it was a challenge to get other services. Overall a very average stay. Would have been better if we were staying a night or 2…. 5 nights made it tedious and disappointing.

  It was very clean and very quiet . The only issues I had was pool and hot tub needs a update and needs to be cleaned more often . The hot tub jets barley worked and had alot of bugs and hair in the tub along with the pool. The room was decent but again some upgrades or updates are needed room was dark and out of date the desk had chips and scratched in it the room also had a weird smell to it. We stayed in the king size hot tub room . The tub was good but had chips missing on the walls but the tub worked fine. The coffee was excellent and breakfast was okay not alot to choose from same cereal and waffles .. wish they had apples or bananas ect. Customer service was excellent had no issues very nice and friendly. I do recommend but not worth $500 I spent to stay for the weekend .
