This is hands down my favorite Qdoba! They’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! Especially the manager Cherlyn. One evening as they were closing up let us in and let us order despite them beginning to close up shop for the night. She even fired up some fresh fajita veggies for my friend who’s a vegetarian! This is one location is one of my top 3 go tos in the area. Definitely a good spot if you’re in the Newark downtown area if you need a bite to eat!

I love coming here for a quick bite to eat before class, but I think March 20th would be my last time coming here. When I walked in the cashier was sweeping up trash then came to ring up customers without washing her hands. They had run out of take out tops so aluminum foil was used to cover up the food. As I'm watching the cashier handle people's food without having washed her hands I noticed that she had a bandaid on her index finger that was not covered with plastic gloves. I was so grossed out that I left without ordering . Basic hygienic practices such as washing your hands should be something workers do naturally , and because this cashier did not lets me know it's not being done often!

I’ve never experienced a QDOBA as friendly as this one in Newark. The staff is over the top happy and excited to serve. The food is good, perhaps a bit better than Chipotle, but pretty similar. The burritos are my favorite and there is a great selection of toppings to throw on top and get a burrito bursting at the seams. Sure, you have to pay for chips, but you really probably don’t need them with how big the burritos are. Don’t be afraid of the line, it goes fast.
