::I really enjoyed the classes I took at The Famous Bartending School here in Newark. The instructor structured the drills and lessons in a way that was fun, but also educational. One thing that I would recommended is doing the two week program rather than the one week. There is just too much information to learn and I found that it was more beneficial to have the information spread out into two weeks. Over all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it!

::This school is excellent! The teachers are very knowledgeable and really want to help us learn! There is a lot of information but the teachers know this and have different ways to help you remember all of the drinks! Really enjoyed my experience! Highly recommend!

::This school is the most thorough school I’ve experienced. Had the honor of having Jessie (the owner) train me and my classmates and he is so knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. The environment sets you up for the real deal. I am so happy I decided to go through this school.

::The diversity of the staff is helpful in creating a realistic workplace and a well rounded atmosphere. There are English, Spanish, and Portuguese instructors that provide individual help as well maintain a sense of morale in the class. I trained directly with Vader (Kevin) in the Newark location, and he made sure we weren't just pouring drinks, but creating an experience, providing a safe environment, and of course finessing drinks. Famous Bartending School also offers job placement and the TIPS certification which is crucial getting into the industry.
