::I was visiting from Cleveland, and wanted to find a local place for dinner. I had a fantastic experience here. From the friendly staff, to the delicious food, I am extremely happy with my visit.

::While the service is good. Not my type of dinner meals. But if you like sea food this place is right up your alley

::Food is good, prices are meant for an upscale restaurant. Overall wait staff is welcoming. The owner does make her presence as she is on a constant vigilance to ensure that the restaurant flow is maintained. They are definitely doing something right as the restaurant is constantly busy and likewise most Newark establishments that's where they fail for me. Sitting is bumper to bumper and when they hit rush hour you might as well forget about attentive service. Parking is great for a Newark establishment and although it has potential for 5 star ratings they still need vast improvement and for the last 2 decades that I've been going, there has been minimal to no improvements done. My recommendations is to inquire when it is that they are not busy as it may proof to be a perfect date restaurant.

::Good food, good service and nearby parking, the latter of which is a rarity in Newark's Ironbound District. I prefer the lunch menu with its hearty Basque tortillas (gigantic omelets). But you can't go wrong with any seafood dish here. And if you have a yen for goat or rabbit, those also show up on the specials menu.
