::I've been going to Q-Nails over 10 years. Yung has sold the business and now their quality of work has gone down! I just went one day ago for a fill in. The nail tech "kiki" couldn't do a basic fill in. The amout of acrylic she put on to fill my nail just simply wasn't enough. I asked if she could please add more. She spoked to Jason and he wanted to charge me $5 more. (I don't mind paying for a job well done)Tell me after all the filing down and buffing my nails why was my natural nails sticking out the sides!! I know enough to know that you don't just do the top of the nails you have to concentrate on the sides as well. "BASIC FILL IN" Q-Nails has lost me as a customer.

::Been going for years. Yung is on vacation in China and that’s the reason things have not been so smoothly there. I’ve paid a lot for a filling where 6 nails came off within a week. They fixed them at no charge. I come in with my two daughters like clockwork and Jason tries so hard to keep it together while his boss is away. If you have issues with one tech, try another. It worked for me. Be a little easy on them, they only get 1 day a week off and they all commute from the city every day. Look at what they do, it’s a tiring job. Peace to all and hoping for better experiences in the future. ✌🏽

::Definitely not a place of relaxation. Sara was amazing! Unfortunately they lost me as a customer when she went on vacation and failed to train properly on new products offered to me.Someone else did my nails who was also great too but the quality of the work was not worth the money. I paid over $80 that day for nails and brows Only. The owner was a nice guy till he proved otherwise. To keep it short, my nails chipped ONE day later from a new chrome uv gel they promoted at an extra cost. Obviously it was not cheap and they hadn't trained everyone how to apply which caused the issue. Unfortunately things got ugly when they didn't want to do the right thing after admitting that it's a new product and it doesn't work that well (something that could've been said to me before offering it to me several times after I already said no). So to end this on a positive note, Sara was the best at what she did for me. I always told her that and she always told me she enjoyed me as a customer because I kept it simple, I never had any issues, I always showed up on time. It's unfortunate she lost a customer because the owner refused to do the right thing for a loyal customer who's been going there for YEARS! Hopefully she gets to see this so she knows how much she was appreciated.
