  If I could I would give - 0 I would. They suck. Me and my father bought a jack Russell terrier. We loved her so much. She was such a good dog. But then she died in her sleep. After two months. We only had her for two months. And they did not have Jack Russell terriers I knew why. And when that disgrace of a human Barry found out he offered us a peagle. I was petrified. The only reason he offered us a peagle is because he knew it was a puppy mill dog. He knew it would not live long. He wanted to keep the dogs that would live the longest. The longest would be about one year. Maybe less. When we got another jack Russell terrier we wanted dog supplies. He gave us the cheapest things they had because they couldn't even think about giving us the no good supplies . He had to give us the no no good supplies. He gave us Barbie size bowls the worst leash ever and toys so bad you could find chew toys better at the dollar store. Never go to pups 4 love. And don't trust barry

  Absolutely love Pups 4 Love!!! They have so many options of organic treats, and so many adorable puppies!!!! Nicole always takes such good care of me. I always see the staff playing and loving on all the pups in the store. They really care about what they do!

  I just picked up my dog from Pups 4 Love. I made a grooming appointment with Rosania but she was out sick and Emilio "groomed" my dog. He butchered her!! She's a teddy bear, a cross between a Bichon Frise and a Shih Tzu. I should have picked her up white and fluffy with a bow in her hair. Instead I picked her up and I was speechless. He had shaved her down to 1/4-1/2 inch of hair. I am so upset. I complained and the woman at the counter said, "oh she's cute with short hair. Don't worry in a week she'll look fine." At $65, I should have the option of getting my dog groomed the way I want it. I will never let them suggest I use a new groomer again. They just wanted to fill open slots.

  We have been customers of American dog club for the past 5 years but after the new management/ownership took over, the place is getting worse and worse. Terrible and horible customer service, the place doesn’t deserve 1 star, if i could give it a zero I would. The girl on the phone (Nicole)gave me an attitude for no reason because I called to make an appointment for just a wash which she said the only time she has is 3:30pm. I asked if I can bring my dog a little early at what she answered she would have to charge me extra. I said I was never charged extra for bringing my dog a little early and she said things had changed, and I will have my manager call you back. The manager never called me back. I hate to look for another grooming place for my dog but I guess the new owners don’t cherish their customers.

  My son got an amazing husky here 3 years ago and my younger son a mini golden doodle last year. They are both the sweetest best of breed dogs and our family could not be more in love! We also do our grooming here! I am considering another pup in the future and would not go anywhere else!
