  I ordered a 2oz wheatgrass and they gave me a 2oz cup about 1/4 full. They really need to take training there people and guiding them more serious. The servers were lax and uninformed. Won’t return.

  So done. I have been a loyal customer of Pulp since the day that it opened and would come every day for my smoothie. I get the same smoothie every time, hasn’t changed in over a year. These past couple of months, there has been so much turnover and the only person that has been there consistently takes 15 minutes to make a smoothie, always complains about the company and recently has made me a COMPLETELY different smoothie than what I had asked for. The worst part, I didn’t have 15 minutes to wait so I’m stuck with a smoothie that I can’t drink and paid $6 for. When I called to tell them that I can’t have it, the guy who answered just said OK, bye. Not only will I never come here again, but I will tell all of my coworkers too. The owners clearly do not care anymore. The place is messy, the employees are always chatting or on their cell phones. This place is a hot mess.

  The guy was working by himself and super busy! But he politely made people aware of the wait time and he was very nice and helpful, even gave a discount for the wait even though no one made a stink about it. I tipped him $14 and am so thankful for the great customer service!

  Tasty menu options at a reasonable price. Be sure to pay attention to fruit to veggie ratio in juices. Fresh wheatgrass! Love that customers can watch employees prepare their orders.
