::The coffee is sometimes hot, but often not. Also, I’ve had several bad experiences with the food. Nevertheless, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly; sometimes they even crack jokes which break the austere law school environment.

::Mrs./Ms./Miss V, who is the manager I believe at this location, put me on to the Iced Chai Tea Latte. It was honestly the best coffee I've had in a while! It was sweeter than most Starbucks coffee but has a really good balance of the strong caffeinated coffee taste as well! She will definitely give great coffee recommendations for just half the price of Starbucks coffee!

::I'm thrilled that Au Bon Pain re-opened on our campus in Arlington, VA a number of months back. With the change of the weather to cooler temperatures, I am particularly enjoying the soups. The lobster and corn bisque is delicious and the beef stew is so flavorful that it sold out in 3 days this week. The tea option is a must for some of us non-coffee drinkers and a toasted bagel in the morning helps to get the day started. More importantly, the manager (Vernita) is so welcoming and makes me feel as though my business matters. Sometimes service can be a little slow but I get that it's a tough job dealing with the public -- everyone is very friendly and helpful and so I don't mind particularly when I know the food will be delicious.

::Rude employees, extremely poorly stocked, lack of signage, insufficiently staffed, expensive for poor food quality. Amazing this place is allowed to keep its franchise. I've seen better lunch offerings from an off-brand 7-Eleven.

::This is one of the worst managed chain restaurants I have had the displeasure of eating at. Unfortunately, I have given this locaton many opportunities to not be terrible as I am often on campus without adequate time to go elsewhere...each time, it has been a disappointment. The simplest of food is made slowly and with a blatant disregard for consistency or quality- the corporate offices should be appalled. Customer service is nothing more than a blank stare combined with the occasional grunt or nod. This location is the restaurant equivalent of the DMV. If you have time, go somewhere else.
