::Words cannot describe how awesome this place is for pain care. My nerves and discs in my neck were causing some of the worst pain I've ever had! I finally became a patient here and everything is good now. I am so thankful to be feeling better!!!!!!

::I had constant pain in my neck and numbness in my hand. I went to a chiropractor multiple times, but the relief and mobility were temporary. I dreaded the thought of surgery because my father had gone that route, my brother had gone that route and again, it was temporary. My mom lived in constant neck pain and I seemed to have the same problem she had. I heard about ProMed on a radio commercial and I thought I'd give them a call. Best decision I ever made! I started ADR treatment after an MRI to see exactly what the issues were. After about a month of treatment I started to have much more mobility, less pain, less ibuprofen and an improvement in my mood. The process was slow, but well worth it. I am still pain free many months later. While I was coming to the end of my treatment my husband started having neck pain and tingling down his right arm. He went in for a consultation, but was already sold on the process because he saw the difference it made with me, WITH NO SURGERY!!!! He is also pain-free today. The process is just that, a process...it doesn't happen fast. If you stick to the proticol the doctor prescribes (stretching, icing, supplements, ADR, etc) it will change your life. You do not have to live with pain, live on ibuprofen, and most of the time you DO NOT have to let a surgeon cut into, only to repeat the process again in a few years. Take the time to build back your disks, don't let a surgeon cut them out! We continue to do our neck exercises and strengthening and continue to be pain free. Absolutely worth the money and time! Thank you Doc and all the ladies at ProMed.

::The second review on 07/19/2020 Disappointed in ProMED stating my review is false and fabricated. I have a proof that ProMED is DENYING the fact. The first review. ProMED Rehabilitation ignored my right as a patient and made no exceptions to a supposed policy especially when I was under extreme pain and not to mention COVID-19 is still a concern. My pain is caused by 3 herniated discs and it's extremely difficult to drive a total of 3+ hours to make the appointment from Woodstock to Bolingbrook so we requested a remote/online cancellation which was denied. In order to cancel my treatment plan and receive a refund for the remaining appointments, ProMED required me to be physically present for an exit evaluation and made no exceptions for my situation. We tried to communicate our concerns at the lowest level and asked to escalate my issue to Dr. P but they quite literally ignored our request by referring to policy. My oldest son, trying to resolve the situation by providing insight, called 3 days in advance but was met with unsatisfactory customer service by the Office Manager, Kelly. Kelly refused to honor my son’s request to speak with Dr. P and when he stayed persistent by calling once a day, he was accused of harassment. Even though they do not have a written policy, they kept insisting for me to be there to get a refund which I paid in cash $3342.97 which also included $102.97 in supplements. I had received 7 treatments out of 36 and I decided to cancel the treatment since driving for 3+ hours increased the pain rather than helping it. I felt more like a number to them and not a person. I’ve noticed that they recommend 36 treatments for everyone and mislead you by stating that they are not a chiropractic service even though Dr. P is a chiropractor. Also, they do not have enough assistants and that even a receptionist had to get involved in the treatment process. Days after leaving ProMED and being forced to drive to cancel my treatment, I have even more agonizing pain. The cancelling of ProMED treatment program is ridiculously harder than switching doctors Note: Even though I showed up for my appointment, I still have not received my refund.

::I started coming to ProMed after suffering from low back pain and sciatica caused by herniated discs for nearly 10 years. After various other treatments, injections & surgery, I was skeptical anything was out there that could help my pain level. I have 2 young children at home (one was only 6 weeks when I started treatment) and I was unable to play, lift or interact with them in the way I wanted to. After my 8 week protocol, I saw significant improvement & after the additional 5 weeks I am finally able to be the mom I wanted to be for my kids. My pain level started at a consistent 7, and is now non-existent. The staff interactions make treatment enjoyable, and I can’t recommend ProMed enough. The ONLY negative (and reason for 4 stars) in this entire experience is the cost & time commitment. Of course, it’s worth it to see results without surgery. I did often have appointments start late, especially in the earlier part of the day because the Dr. was not in yet, which was somewhat irritating when I was already spending upwards of 3-4 hours away from home each treatment day. If you’re feeling like you have no other options, give ProMed a try. You won’t be disappointed!

::I suffered from extreme low back pain, hip pain, as well as leg and foot numbness for over 2 years. I was having constant back spasms and didn't think I had any other options besides drugs, injections, surgery, or just living with the pain. I was referred to ProMed by husband who went there for a shoulder injury. He tore his shoulder at work and needed physical therapy after his surgery so he went to see Dr. P because his orthopedic surgeon said he was the best at physical therapy and it was close to home. So, while he was there he heard about a new technology they were doing for people with severe back problems primarily herniated or bulging discs. So I figured since my husband had a great experience and he saw all these people getting results, I would give it a try. When I met with the doctor who does the treatment, he spent over 45 minutes with me going over everything. I was impressed. Then he ordered an MRI because he wanted to see if I would be a candidate for the procedure. After the second visit we went over everything and we started treatment. I was surprised at how affordable it was with insurance in comparison to injections and surgery. Thank God for health insurance!! After about 15 treatment at 30 minutes each, I couldn't believe how great I felt. Now I'm done and I am so happy I did it. I just wish I heard about it earlier!!
