  I've ordered online and after 45min window it still wasn't delivered. They said it's in the system but it didn't print out so it's NOT their fault. And they won't give me compensation. They make it then, and it will take another 45 min so I ended canceling the order. Owner doesn't care about your satisfaction and doesn't know how to take a responsibility.

  I ordered a buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese, bacon and tomato. I received two pieces of cardboard like chicken (fried super hard) with no buffalo sauce, mayo on the bottom, tomato and a few chips of bacon on top. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD. The chicken alone was hard (hockey puck) and very dry. When I called to tell them what I received they explained that they had new help in the kitchen but nothing further. He didn't even offer to fix it. That's just poor customer service. I even tipped the driver 4 bucks. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
