  Insofar as I can judge doctors and staff without myself having a medical degree, they seem to know what they're doing. They're informative and I seem to get better when I see them. Can't ask for much more. The staff have repeatedly gone out of their way to make the attendant bureaucracy easier to manage, or to get me additional/faster care. I usually go at odd hours, but for what it's worth, I've never had to wait very long, even for walk-ins. I also haven't had to wait very long for test results -- not that I've had to keep close track, but I have gotten called with results as soon as the next day. I've also been jabbed with multiple needles from multiple people. Never fun, but so far, it hasn't really hurt, and several times I haven't been entirely sure I got a shot until after the band-aid was applied. For what it's worth, my experiences with them so far have been resoundingly positive.
