  They took me in with no notice around the busy holiday season when I was having an awful hair day. They were friendly and accommodating. I wasn't 1000% satisfied after living with the hair for a few days but I know if I ever call them up and tell them so they'll have me back in ready to work on my hair again and do what they can to make me happy. Very worth the price tag.
