  Been a regular for the last two years, never thought to check reviews and I am shocked that no one posted a review except for a review that was based on a phone call to the business which I have never had any issues with making an appointment, I have been accommodated numerous times even at inconvenient last minute requests that were made by myself. This is one of the best lash services I have ever received. 2 years on, I have never received a mediocre treatment but had one of the best service ever. I have small lashes and they make them so full and lush with every frequent visit. Recommended to anyone who needs a trustful lash service to make your lashes beyond amazing.

  After many attempts to make an appointment, I was yelled at by the owner and then hung up on. This new small business could use a lesson in professionalism and customer service. I would not trust someone to provide any beauty service if their initial behavior is rude and dismissive towards a potential new client. If you are lucky enough for them to answer the phone, and then lucky enough for them to schedule an appointment for you, I hope you are lucky enough for them not to mishandle the service, because from my experience, they probably wouldn't even be apologetic. My advice, take your money elsewhere.
