  I paid top dollar based on their recommendation that I try the new SNS nails that were supposed to be stronger and last longer than gel. I usually get pink and white gel which never breaks. One week passes and every nail is snagging on my clothes and 7 nails are either chipped or completely broken. Seven out of ten! A waste of time and money!

  Was greeted when I arrived and the after my manicure was done I got to say, the service is really incredible here!

  The entire staff here are friendly and efficient at what they do. The place is clean and organized. The chairs are of high quality so they are very comfortable. Highly recommend

  I was in DC and really needed my nails done before a conference the next day. Patsy's had great reviews on Yelp and I was expecting a lot considering the raving reviews. Unfortunately, I was not blown away. A gel manicure cost $40 and did not include removal of previous gel. The actual salon was a little off putting, it was a three story building that definitely needs renovation. Beyond that, my technician was nice and did a good job.
