  They have always done a decent job with my shirts and my husbands suits for work but honestly they are just too expensive!! $7 for a tie? I might as well buy a new tie lol! For the same price as they charge for standard wash and press shirts, I could subscribe to one of those services that does pick up and delivery cleaning. If money is no concern, however, i do recommend presto. Sorry, yall do good work but we are not millionaires here.

  They did a fabulous job on redoing inset trim on a dress jacket that i accidentally destroyed with acetone.

  I love these guys, they are so professional and courteous. There has never been a job they couldn't do for me or a timeline they couldn't meet. I was there when a gentlemen said that they had shortened his jacket too much in the sleeve. The owner didn't even blink, he told the gentleman that Presto would pay for a replacement and tailor it to fit. I won't go anywhere else.
