  I was overcharged for regular size sandwich , even though I pointed out to cashier, since one sandwich was reg and other larger, and got charged for 2 larger size sandwiches, also not offering me a drink for which I was charged as well!!! Cashier was unfriendly, maybe stressed out, and rushing ppl out.

  Walk in to grab a sandwich today when I noticed a customer ask for a new set of gloves and the female employee started getting extra bass in her voice. The customer maintained their politeness however your employee's cultural unawareness should be taken out on a paying customer. Extremely unprofessional!

  Should be zero star. We order online for Delivery waited for an hour and half. We did called the store the Employee pick up the phone and found out we are the deaf family and put us on hold for like 10 minutes . Then my wife call the store with her own phone they did answered saying we don't deal with deaf people and hung up.... Those Employee need to be education seriously... Very rude Employee!!!!

  It did not seem like the employees were motivated to work at all. The two girls were having a personal conversation for at least one full minute before acknowledging us at all. My sandwich had so much Mayo on it that it was unappetizing. My husband did not enjoy his sandwich, so he did not eat the second half. He gets a big Wreck, so it was a pretty big waste plus it is more expensive. The lids that were available were not the correct lids for the cups. Overall, the employees were unfriendly and the food was below average. A waste of $30 :(

  Potbelly's is pretty good, but you can tell it's a chain. They have a wide range of sandwiches that taste different from other delis out there, for better or for worse. I usually come here if I'm in the area and their food is good, and they have some outdoor seating as well. Their app could be better though.
