  They ran out of bread. Lol! How do you run out of bread it's one of your main components. Management needs to step it up! Waited 20 minutes for the bread to cook. I needed some steak sandwiches so I waited. Should've received some kind of discount.

  I went at 8.30 pm. The lights were turned off as soon as they show me they were completely unhappy because I took their sleeping on the couch time. This teenager really need to learn manners and work ethics.(it wil really help them in future.) Do not giggle behind customers back and make fun of him(no manners at all).The management really need to look into this. Otherwise this place is going down for sure.

  First time placing an order online at this location. I ordered two sandwiches with the same instructions. After about 20 minutes I walk in and wait since I don’t see my order on the pick up counter. After a few minutes the cashier asks me if I needed anything and I told him I was here for a pickup and he bags up my food that was just sitting behind the counter the whole time. After dropping off my wife her sub and then going into work, my wife calls me and says they mixed up our subs. (They were labeled just incorrectly). Please pay attention to detail.

  This location has literally gone completely down hill. You're no longer greeted when you walk in. Good luck ordering online and have them actually read the ticket. Does this look like extra lettuce on a garg? Such a shame, it's my closest Johns but I think I'll take my business down the road. I've literally waited my last ten orders to see if they'd improve, didn't happen. Maybe a bad crop of workers. Either way, I'll be taking a pass on this location for the next few months.

  just bought a bag of chips from store #629. The bag had already been opened & taped shut on the inside and outside to resell…And someone put another bag over it to conceal the tape…absolutely disgusting!! Called the store and the manager offered to replace my chips with a bag of their (likely tampered with) chips. Nothing else. FUTURE GUESTS - DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TAMPERED WITH. I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to email corporate and their email isn’t working. Tweeted at them and they did nothing. You are lucky my toddler didn’t eat any of the chips. I’d be pressing charges.
