::I took the Bolt for the first time from Eugene to Portland and back again. My trip north was great. I've left a review for that trip on the Bolt Bus stop/Eugene maps location. My trip home was fine, all in all - passengers quiet, bus less than half full. Bus clean and air conditioned. Wifi works ok and I love the outlets at the seats. However. Our bus driver was irritated and hostile at the start. A passenger was irritated about something and grumbled under his breath. Instead of letting it go like an adult would, our driver felt it necessary to call the passenger out, yelling from the front of the bus to the passenger. Words were loudly exchanged - the passenger was actually calmer than the driver. After this, the driver didn't give the usual "Welcome to the bus" speech. He just said "This is the bus to Eugene. No alcohol, marijuana, or smoking. Keep your music to yourself and use your headphones. Have a nice trip." That's literally all he said. When we stopped in Albany, he didn't announce the stop or tell people what time the bus would be leaving in case they wanted to get off. I was happy when the ride ended. It was the driver himself that made this a less than stellar trip. He just exuded his bad vibe through the whole bus.
