  Won't give us the rooms we paid for. I paid for 2 rooms with 4 beds (2 per room). When we showed up, they informed me that they don't have rooms to accommodate us and we will have 2 rooms with 3 beds total. I have 8 people and not enough beds. I showed them my booking and they just don't care. Awful service. Also, rooms don't have fans in the bathroom. If you or anyone in your group ever uses the bathroom, then everyone in the room has the smell it for the next few hours. The windows don't open and no ventilation. It's a very expensive fart humidor.
