  Can't say enough about portillos burgers. They are definitely amazing and should be more known than their beefs and hot dogs. No other place compares in the fast food zone. Hopefully they never change a thing, it would be a tragedy. Burgers are very consistent from location to location.

  Ordered through drive thru. Had to remind staff of my burger. Food was good and fresh. Accuracy plays a big part of drive thru with me being that staff is outside writing it down like a waitress. This is a Chicago original restaurant so I expect outstanding service.

  When in Chicago you eat the Chicago Dog... Pretty dang tasty indeed ... Jason digs the Italian Beef Sandwich.... Dipping it in the au jus makes it even more yummy. The chocolate eclare cake was decadent. The Italian Sausage Dog was mouth watering too. ENJOY !!!!

  This location has been the worst Portillo’s I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they happen to NEVER get orders correct, but they continue to never give the full order you pay for. Employees are so careless and have attitude when you ask for napkins since they never wipe the cups down before handing them to you. Management should focus on the lack of effort their employees provide, terribly ran location! This was my cheeseburger after waiting in a 30 minute line, and I’d show the rest if it wasn’t forgotten either!!

  I love there Italian beef sandwich without pepper but u can ask for the pills a side plus melt cheese but the best it's the chocolate milkshake with a piece cake inside its yummy go checkout yourself I high recommend this place.
