  Order on Saturday night. I ordered a Detroit Pizza and Fanceroni pizza. Instead, we got 2 normal Jalapeño pizzas. I called back, but they were already closed. I called 2 days later and requested to talk to a manager. The person who answered said that the manager was not available. I asked when should I call back to talk to the manager, and he said he didn't know when. I told him that I was calling regarding a wrong order, and he said he was the assistant manager. I told him what happened, and he asked for a receipt. I told him that I had a photo of the receipt, and he said I dont need a photo. I told him it was a photo of the receipt, and he said again that he didn't need any photos. He told me to call corporate. I asked him for the 1-800 number, and he replied, "I don't talk to corporate, I don't know."" He was very rude. I asked for his name, and he said they don't give any names. I told him it was his responsibility to give his name. Instead, he hung up the phone.

  This is the worst place to get pizza these people don't how to treat customers really rude all the employees want to fight with me I call the police never showed up my wife wait for 40 min to get 1 pepperoni pizza from the manager he started giving so bad attitude like he wants to fight with my wife I work for customers service I am a chef in university this is not how you take care you customers especially went we ask for our money back 2 employees coming from the kitchen to fight with me I have a better sense I don't deal with this can a people I will make sure I call the health department and the city of Addison to close this place. If it's more people to follow up on complaints call the health department.

  UPDATED - Originally from 3mo Ago.... I ordered the "Fancerroni" Pizza and all got was just Pepperoni Pizza with Extra Pepperonis, I tried calling the location in Addison,IL where I ordered and picked up with no response, went back and the "manager" in her words "It's just a triple pepperoni pizza" even though the picture in the advertisement and description say it has a carmelized crust of cheese on the edges w/ "old world" Pepperonis.. just a slew of regular pepperonis.. I don't mind but it's not what I ordered. I do not have that at all, looks nothing like what is advertised, they wouldn't remake it and they said "this is how we do it here." I've given this location more than enough chances For a few mistakes in the past but this time is it. A friend of mine ordered the very same pizza tonight an hour later at a different location and it looks EXACTLY like in the advertisement.. So this further proves that either the staff was too lazy to do it or they just didn't care. I understand they were busy but if you're going to do something do it right or don't do it at all. I'm greatly disappointed; If that means I have to go to the Bensenville location from now on, where they actually do it right and are cool with fixing mistakes then so be it. DO NOT GO TO THE ADDISON LOCATION, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINE$$, This Location is Not Worth It any longer.

  Worst service ever. The manager can't speak English well enough to serve English speaking population. They messed up our order then refused to fix it. The rude guy put a stick in the window and said we had to wait another twenty minutes for our food as punishment. We said we just wanted our money back and he refused so we had to call the police on his illiterate unprofessional self to get our money. He was prejudice and rude and should be ashamed to ever treat anyone the way he did. We will be filing a complaint with the corporate office and on their website, and the police for harassment due to bias

  Super busy place! It's Little Caesar's so the pizza is OK, can't beat the pricing and the hot and ready though. I came for the Batman calzone which was pretty good. The calzone part was delicious,the pizza part was alright. Crazy bread is always a hit.
