Ordered two 3 piece dinners. In one box there were 2 breasts and a leg. In the other, there was a breast, thigh and leg. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHITE AND DARK MEAT.

They are closing the doors during businesses hours when they feel like it and operating from Drive-thru only. Claim they are out of things such as drinks. 🙄Corporate should pay a visit.

As long as I am in Memphis, I will visit here frequently. I’m always pleased with the friendly service, and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. I have been by here often — enough times to have a solid idea of the excellent level of customer service to be found at this establishment. Service sometimes takes a little while, but that’s because of being short-staffed, as many dining establishments are these days. The fact people are often lined up to buy food is telling: there’s a reason people are waiting here for food. It’s always been worth the wait for me. I imagine they’d say the same.

I didn't eat here, but the customer service from the young lady at the front counter was awesome. She may have been the manager but I appreciate her help and concern for me. Food was being cooked fresh.

Waited about five minutes to take my order, two different people came to the counter and said 'with you in a minute' apparently on their way to a break. As about 5 people just standing around in the kitchen someone rudely shouts from the back 'drive through only' and orders me to leave the store. I left and went somewhere else. I really don't understand why restaurants don't want eat-in customers these days. Counter customers, when they are even tolerated these days, are relegated to second class. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I am giving up on a lot of places these days. Add Popeyes to the list.
