  I always place my order on the app. I chose the pick-up in store option but of course the inside is closed at 6:30pm. Now I’m currently waiting in line to for 30 mins to pick an order I placed, and paid for at 6:15pm. This is ridiculous 4 cars have pulled off and the order before me was only $4:40? McDonald’s WHAT ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES DOING AT THIS LOCATION??? Obviously not working. Close this location already.

  First, the wait was too long for it to be only one car ahead of me. Then I had to wait another three to four minutes to give her my money because the car that had ordered 5 minutes before was still there because she hadn't taken his or her money yet. I ordered the Quarter Pounder Bacon Meal, with no ketchup, and a coke with light ice. I noticed my drink was full of ice, but elected not to mention it. I didn't check my order because as long as they took to give it to me, I just knew it would be right, wrong. The fries were hot, but the sandwich was cold, not to mention, they put the ketchup on it. Side not, the car before was still there when I left. Got home, now realizing the ketchup on my buger: so I had to scrape the ketchup off, clean the onion, and I just threw pickles away. By this time my fries were now cold, so I had to not only reheat the fries, but the burger also. Signed A McDonald's Mess Up in Memphis

  Don't usually travel through Memphis but I stopped at this McDonald's and boy was it bad it wasn't the food or wait time but the treatment of the staff by who found out is the store manager. Yelling at her staff in front of customers, no wonder there short handed. I apologized to one of them as I took my food and talked to another who was outside cleaning. I guess she gets away with whatever since her boss is her mother (I wonder how she got the job) I apologized again and left. Don't support this place it's not worth it.

  As a former employee, I can say most of the staff tries their best everyday. Manager running the store is the problem she will yell, scream and berate you in front of everybody. So many people either quit or back down to her. Unfortunately that's what makes most people that are actually decent at their job leave. You never know what will set her off next, she is the primary problem. Your money will almost always never be correct as I have been out hundreds of dollars with No promises of ever fixing the problem. Just a horrible place to work unless you like a rage filled boss and not paid for the work you do!

  Best double quarter pounders in town, hands down. I ordered it with extra cheese and the box was hot to the touch. You could tell they cared about the food they served. They've been this good for months now. I don't know what changed but I hope it stays this way permanently Update : as of February 19, 2022 they're still serving excellent food
