  Staff is friendly but the issue is with the policy procedures as this branch allows full service by the tellers which means tellers handled mortgage, financial investments, opening accounts and therefore a 2 teller station means long waits on Saturdays with lines out the door! I wish they would stop and allow sales desk personnel to handle instead and return tellers to simply handling money related exchanges. I'm done with this branch location. Too frustrating given the time lost

  Worst service...Went to get a simple document notarized. I currently have 4 business accounts, a line of credit, and a credit card with PNC. The store manager Paul, refused to do a simple notarization. I walked in a TD Bank which I barely do business with and it was completed and I was done in less than 2 min. Because of this, I will now be looking to change banks! There are to many options of where to bank to have to deal with this ignorance.
