  29 people waiting on line and 1 teller? Come on let’s be for real!! I’m really going to switch to chase bank,seems like every Bank of America only has 2 tellers or less.

  Worst branch ever. Always 1 teller and jammed packed. 25 minutes for a simple deposit. No one cares except the poor teller that has no help.

  Had a great experience here. We went to open a joint account and the service was excellent! Served by Joseph Tomzyck who was a delight of a representative. The tellers were absolutely excellent. Definitely doing more work with this branch.

  I agree with the first review I read; long wait times and a general cavalier attitude from the “supervisor” that she only had one cashier working while she remained upfront doing little more than being a greeter. This is with at least 10 customers waiting to be helped.

  Kimberley is the one I dealt with. She was rude and doesn’t have any idea how to manage anything.
