  The teller and support staff at this branch are nice but the management leaves a great deal to be desired. If you want to feel like your banking relationship means nothing this is the place to bring your money. If you wind up with a problem the manager's approach is it will get resolved eventual so why are you so concerned???? No follow up, they do all they can to use any legal means possible to make the issue yours. The 4% is nice but truly not worth all the wasted time I have endured trying to resolve my issue with the manager's error.

  Don't go there. Most horrible bank for banking anywhere. Charge you fees whenever they can for whatever reason they can. Customer service is atrocious, and since they took over BBVA, I was without access to my business banking for 3 weeks. Run Fast the other direction.

  I really liked the fact I could use my PNC app to do a cardless ATM transaction. That saved my A**!!

  Closed for lunch between 1200 and 1 pm. Enough said. This was not posted up until I arrived at the location. Second time attempting to arrive on site: closed for lunch 1230-130. It is almost as if they don't want anyone's business...

  Worst bbva bank branch ever. The messed up thing is. This branch is closer to me. I have to drive all the way to Elk Grove or Roseville branch just because this branch sucks. Don’t even have a drive through
