  Very good customer service. They always help me promptly and solve my issues right away. A while back I was in a time crunch to do my house payment and they helped me so that the payment went in on time and with no issues. The only downside of this location is when exiting the parking lot as there is a lot of traffic specially during rush hour.

  I have business banking here for the last 15 years and have patronized Chase over other banks because of their customer service but this branch has put a bad taste in my mouth due to their lack of courtesy. Knowing Chase offers notary to their customers as a service i came here to get business documents notarized only to have them give me the run around. This is going to be reported to corporate and we will be moving our accounts to a more reputable customer orientated bank.

  There is ALWAYS a lo g line and onmy one person at the window maybe 2 on a good day ..then 3 or 4 people walk ing around by the desks. Dont go if ur in a hurry that's for sure.
