  There is no gym better than planet fitness..A very clean establishment...all equipment is working properly, very helpful and friendly staff, free wi_fi, open 24/7, bathrooms are well maintained, showers available and with warm water not like some places that have cold water only..the perfect atmosphere to sweat out those calories...get your sexy on with planet fitness where there is no judgement...love it!!!

  This brand is already associated with jacked-upness. The hood in a gym. Never changes, whether you go to the Bronx location or this one, still the same people.

  This place is usually clean and can be crowded during peak hours 8am-11am 5pm-830pm... my problem with this location is the staff. They are constantly changing front desk staff. Every time i call, its a new person. Im constantly getting put on hold to resolve payment issues and put on hold when asking questions. It seems to me that the staff is constantly changing about every 3-4 months or so. That is my only issue. Otherwise, good location to bang your workout out

  First thing I didn't like is the stretching area did not have anything to use to stretch with accept your legs. Also they didn't have enough equipment compared to most planet fitness the people that have also there wear not using dumbbells 20 25 and 40 pounds in front of them and nobody put them back so people assumed that they were just using them meanwhile people waiting to use them waited 10 min then realizing they where not using them then asked another words there's no respect for the gym putting stuff back nore a staff member who steps in to direct those individuals that don't have gym edicate that most gyms have . not really happy with this gym probably never going back to the specific location

  I just joined the gym. Unfortunately left my purse in the bathroom. As I walked out, I noticed. I went to inquire at the front desk and the employee badge read Queen Michelle was EXTREMELY RUDE. Her mood stinks all around, NOT FRIENDLY. Definitely not someone you want to see 1st thing in the AM ready to workout. She said, you just noticed instead of being sympathetic. Of course, I was missing my money. Employees like her ruin a business name. The company should be more mindful when hiring young people.
