  Not your regular gym, not for everyone. If you're serious about training, this is the place to be, no bs. Amazing selection of equipment and machines, lots of iron and heavy weights (150lb dumbbells and 100lb plates). Two floors, very open and comfortable. Punching bags available in the basement. Small area of outdated cardio equipment. Free parking in adjacent lot. Affordable and open 24h.

  the worsttttttt!!!! Every single cardio equipment has some sort of issue, the machines are disgusting, 4 out 8 of their old asssss cardio machines don't work the bicycles are old and raggedy! sits are all ripped up urgghhh waiting for this contract to finish so I can run as far as possible from this, I mean put some love into your business, nasty nasty yuckkkkk

  Old equipment but there is every piece of equipment I've ever seen in my life in one gym. Absolutely amazing for any goal you're trying to accomplish. Great for bodybuilders

  spacious, cross-functional, old-school-no-BS kind of gym. For someone who traded NYC/manhattan for North Bergen this gym turned out to be a game changer - $30/month and they work 24/7. Very attentive staff who regularly re-rack weight and strive to keep things neat and tidy.

  Good 24 hr. Gym Monday thru Sunday for those who are really serious about their work outs. Good atmosphere and a great crowd of clients at least at the times I have gone. No need to police the gym members like other gyms do for screaming or judging others. Everyone already knows better. Definitely a professional, no BS atmosphere. See Joe or Maryanne for all your needs. Really helpful owners and complimentary staff.
