  The facility is always clean. In almost 2 years at this location, I can't recall seeing 1 piece of equipment out of service either. They stay on top of things and the staff greets you with a friendly smile each and every time. Even at 2 a.m.

  Every time I leave class, I feel so proud of myself. The staff are all very supportive and work with you so you get the best workout possible.

  Everybody is very welcoming and non-judgmental. They really work with you to help you achieve your own personal health goals at a pace that is right for you.

  Fun atmosphere and very clean. Both of those are very important to me. The owners always have workout events to keep things interesting.

  Staff literally stood there like idiots and checked 3 people ahead of me for tanning. I clearly was standing at the desk waiting to sign in to tan. Dopey guy with glasses at the counter had no clue what was going on around him. I was on a time constraint and really didn't need to be dealing with this kind of ignorance. Poorly managed check in area. Do not recommend... and someone needs to find that guy a new job.
