  I am a pretty active guy. I run, strength train, play golf, etc. I'm pretty new to Pilates and I've only had 4 1-hour sessions with Amy Pronovost (the owner of Aspire Pilates Studio) but I can already feel the difference and the impact it's having on my other activities (and my posture). I'm much more aware of how I move and, more importantly, how I should move. As another reviewer said, there is a nice variety of equipment so sessions can always be different--I haven't done the same workout twice yet and I haven't even been worked on all the equipment (I'm really intrigued by the Gyrotonic machine). The studio is set up to give private instruction so there's no group classes (she does offer duet sessions though). The trade-off to get the personalized and individual attention is definitely worth it.

  Aspire is everything you want in a pilates studio. A wide range of equipment, a calm and peaceful environment, and Amy is a skilled and attentive instructor!

  Amy is a wonderful and patient instructor, and the studio itself is beautiful and tranquil. Would certainly recommend Aspire Pilates Studio...
