  This is a carry-out only establishment. There was only 1 person working the front counter and making pizza. My pizza was still sitting on the conveyor when I arrived but still warm when I received it. The employee was apologetic but was still frustrating. I'll still go back!

  they never put enough sauce on their pizza at this location unless you call them up and explicitly tell them, even if you list extra sauce online. the regular sauce taste like no sauce at all and the extra sauce taste like a regular amount of sauce. get your sauce right columbia pizza hut, you’ve already raised prices on everything else at least reflect value for the customer. update 4/3 - decided to redeem my “free pizza any large”. specifically specified extra sauce on my cheese stuffed crust pizza and once again there is no extra sauce. why are you guys so stingy with the pizza sauce? this location specifically does not give a good portion of sauce on the pizza. i vow to never comeback here and drive further to clarksville. corporate needs to do a overhaul of this terrible customer service location. lady at this location was on her phone for 5 minutes before she came to counter and asked what my pizza order was. terrible!

  Food is good and accurate orders on time, pizzas are typically undercooked for my families taste, so we recook them at home to crisp the crust and cheese. I wish they had the well done option like Ledo's.

  We ordered the Family box, the bread sticks were old overcooked awful, pizza soggy, and the baked chicken “wings” were pieces of cardboard nuggets. Just terrible. Columbia, MD

  They didn't get my order right. Maybe extra crispy was too much to ask for. The toppings were thrown on in the center of the pizza. Contactless delivery was not honored. I get it's a pizza hut but where is the attention to detail? Is it really that difficult to read? The pizza arrived fast but that doesn't matter to me, quality over quantity.
