::I would give no stars if I could! Please read the other reviews. I cake in for a tuna unwhich and veggie unwhich; they left off the avocado spread. I went back for a refund, the manager Ana charged me before providing a refund. It has been over a week no return call from Steve or Maxwell. No refund provided, yet i have been over charged and supposedly nobody can do anything. These scammers dont have to worry about my business again.

::I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received. I am a loyal customer and always order the same thing and never had an issue, but I accidentally forgot to change something on the mobile order I did as I am currently pregnant and unable to eat certain things per my doctor. I called within 2 mins of ordering and asked if I could please fix my order, and they said it was already made and they refused to accommodate me. Even after checking with the manager. If I wasn’t pregnant I wouldn’t have cared as much. I also made sure to immediately call to be considerate, which was upsetting as well. So I ended up wasting my money since I couldn’t even eat it and unfortunately I will no longer be going back.

::To be honest I’m a little disappointed. Jimmy John was my absolute favorite sandwich place during college. The state I moved to doesn’t have the franchise so being in Maryland I was thrilled to know it was a few miles away. Few things that were disappointing was the taste of the food. Second they no longer offer items that were always available. Third you have to bag your own food. How ridiculous is that. They hand you the sandwich like it’s a pen smh. I now left feeling as if I wasted my money and wish I left memory in the past.

::Very disappointed. Place an order online at 4:30 for pickup at 5:15. Order tracker shows ready for pickup 4:40. Why bother to have this process if you are going to ignore it. I would have ordered at 5:00 if I thought you would do this. Let the bread get soggy from the dressings and the ice melt in the sodas since they will be sitting for 35 minutes before I pick them up. Subs are good when they are fresh but if leftover they are not. These are 35 minutes leftover when they should not be.

::This was a very unwelcoming experience for me. The woman here was not very polite and they failed to get my order correct after I specifically gave the toppings choice. Not only was I ignored, but I was given a look as if I was not supposed to be here by the woman at the register, hmm wondering could their had been a race issue???? I simply will never know. I started to just leave. The sandwich was very bland. Firehouse subs and Subway are 10× better than this place. Was going to call in an order for a business luncheon/committee this week but I've changed my mind going somewhere else. I will definitely let others know my experience with this place. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, when spending their hard earned cash, especially by a minor. Very unprofessional.
