::Over baked, only slightly warm and had to really search to find a mushroom on it even though that was a topping I ordered. Oh, 21.68 for a large 3 topping seems very pricey for the lack of quality I got. The screen said the pizza was done at 8:51pm yet I'm still standing at the counter at 9:00pm waiting for it to be cut all the time I can see it sitting out on the counter. I won't be back!

::Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other pizza places nearby. (Sgt peffer's, varsity, etc.) this Pizza Hut seriously sucks. I paid $20 for a cold hard pizza that took over 45 minutes to receive. Bad front desk service as well. Seriously.... don't bother with this location.

::Over the years, I've had mistakes on my order, same as tonight. The awesome thing is, I've never had anything but excellent customer service and a demonstrated effort to make it right each time. To me, that's the second best thing, second only to having the order done right the first time. But, I re-iterate, the customer service is polite, efficient, apologetic and they strive to make it right immediately. I'll never hesitate to order from here.

::I used to love this Pizza Hut, but I guess they fired all the good employees. Last two experiences have been terrible. First the guy forgot my soda, fine it happens. He said he'd bring it back and I never saw him again. Last night I ordered wings for me and my lady. I didn't get them till an hour after they said they would be to me and over 90 mins in total. I ordered two orders of wings honey BBQ boneless and Cajun rub bone in and two orders of fries. What I got is one order of fries, they honey BBQ and buffalo bone in. Which I can't say I'm a fan of. I'm done with Pizza Hut for awhile.
