::Good location. Service is hit or miss.

::The employees we more interested in their own conversation and could have cared less about the customers right in front of them.

::We called on Thursday night actually right now to find out their hours they're open at 11 p.m. they told us they were open till midnight. I drove all the way down to 44th and Dodge it was eight minutes to midnight and it look like the place was closed but I could see that the inside kitchen lights were on. So I go to the drive thru both drive thru menu lights are off I set there for 9 minutes say hello and nobody answers. I drive past a drive-thru window and look in the windows at the front of the building and there was a man inside there. Their website and their door says they're open till midnight on Thursday night yet this man close the doors early and I don't know how early he close them and sat there listening to us try to get help and ignoring us. This place is left a very bad taste in my mouth. They need to really look into their managers and who they hire and maybe really check their background and their work history because clearly this man's work history or work ethics I should say is null and void. And if you think about it whoever owns this franchise to burgerking should be very upset with this man as he lost business and money for the owner. Again clearly this man does not care because he does not own this business. Thank you for listening have a good day everyone. Debbie

::Service was pretty slow, even though it was later in the evening and the woman working the drive thru didn't read back our order, which led to her ringing in one meal twice. She was a bit standoffish when we went to pay and acted like she didn't want to do anything about it so we just paid and left. Food ended up making us both sick, which was odd cause what I ordered usually sits fine. Pretty unpleasant experience all around at this location.

::We expect that when we make the decision to eat at a Burger King restaurant that the restaurant and food will not be 5 stars, however we do expect quick service. After all BK is considered fast food. While visiting the a BK in Omaha (42nd & Dodge) not only did we wait at the counter for some one to help, buy we also had to repeat our orders numerous times. Once we received our order we had to go back up to the counter twice to get the correct food. It literally took us 20-25 before we were able to sit down and eat our food. After this experience I cannot say that we will return to a BK.
