  If i could give this no stars I would. Took then almost 2 HOURS to deliver a personal pan pizza and wings. Then I called and they would not answer the phone and clearly by the other reviews this place needs new management. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. Pizza is cold and horrible.

  I didn't get any experience .so so .any restaurant go be passion.testy pizza. Worth of five star

  I ordered a pizza for pick up The service was amazing and also the pizza was so nice I will try to come one more time, over and over Thanks for Pizza Hut team.

  The service is very poor; ordered for pickup, asked for my order, and literally stood there by cashier for 10 minutes without them doing anything to get my order (It was ready by then). And like always employees argue among themselves and barely appreciate customers. Pizza is fair: 6.5/10

  My wife and I are in town on business, out of town travelers from NY. Tonight we experienced the worst display of customer service that Arlington VA has to offer !!! Online prices did not reflect on the total amount billed and the manager refused to adjust pricing. After we agreed to reorder online, our original order was delivered to our hotel COLD. I called the store and the manager hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. In fact , she picked up and hung up the phone several times. Unlike the others who have written below I WILL be refunded for this poor customer service experience.
