I tried the" trucha frita" and "humintas " and both are delicious. The cashier was very friendly.

I was born and raised in Bolivia and this is by far my favorite Bolivian restaurant. I actually found it by accident and I am not sure how come I hadn’t heard of it before. The server mentioned that it used to be called something else so maybe that is why. The servers are super sweet and the food is amazing. So far I’ve tried their silpancco, pique a lo Macho and a few other dishes. None of them have let me down. If you want to tryi authentic Bolivian dishes, this is the place for you. So happy I found this hidden little gem and so close to work.

Went there for dinner around 8 pm a few nights ago with my husband, sister and her boyfriend. My sister and I are Bolivian, my husband is American and my sister's bf is Dominican. Service was pretty good for Bolivian standards (which are extremely low by American standards, so beware). They were out of all soups which was a shame bc I was craving sopa de Mani or chanka de pollo. We ordered 2 chicken salteñas and a cheese empanada to start. Even though it was dinner time the salteñas were still surprisingly very good. The cheese empanada was very bad. We also got a jar of mocochinchi which is a delicious peach and cinnamon drink. 2 of us ordered silpancho and two ordered picante de lengua. The silpancho was as good as I've had in Cochabamba, Bolivia, home of the silpancho. 5 stars there. The lenguas were damn near inedible. The sauce was bland, the lengua was leathery chewy and tough. The chuño was bad too, which is a huge disappointment because I love chuño! Perhaps the lengua was that bad bc it was so late in the day and it had gotten tough, whereas the silpancho can be made fresh to order. I might still give the lengua another try if I come for lunch but definitely not for dinner.
