  Ordered online over an hour passed called the store to find out they never got the order. Called the other pizza hut #. They saw my order called the store apologized to me refunded my money. Half an hour later our pizza came and it was burnt. Never again

  You are far better off getting pizza from anywhere else. I promise that even if you have coupons or something, it will still not be worth your money. I promise you as a once valued customer of this store that you are not going to be satisfied, and are better off taking your business elsewhere. Trust me.

  Walked in to order and waited 15min. Wanted a large and Matt offered me a better deal and ended up saving me some money and getting 2 med pizzas. Good service as a walk in customer. Pizza was good.

  I ordered pizza for lunch and specified it to be delivered at 12. When I was done ordering it said it would be delivered at 11:25. I called and spoke with "Royce" the assistant manager. I asked if we could change it to 12. He stated he would need to cancel the order and I would have to go online and do it all over again. I asked him what would happen if it does it again and gives me the wrong delivery time? He said he would have to cancel it AGAIN and I would have to reorder AGAIN. He was rude and made no attempt to accommodate my order time. The pizza is on its way and its only 11:15. Terrible customer service.

  This is the worst Pizza Hut! horrible customer service,always receiving burnt pizza. I put my order in,she charges my card. Then tells me that she didn’t get everything I have ordered on there. So she’ll adjust my check later and then hung up on me. I cancelled that order quick. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again! I will travel to another Pizza Hut. An hour and a half later they still try to deliver my pizza after I canceled. This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have had to deal with just horrible
