  Would be 5 star because the food is still pretty good for "fastfood".. but... me and my girlfriend were the only two people in the place when we ordered two $5 boxes it took 15 min. and that is not an exageration but as if the story is over we got no forks for the mashed potatoes and when my girlfriend went back in to get some she got hit on by the employee at the cash register.. how rude is that?

  I had a pot pie and it was nice and hot also had two 5 bucks fill ups also fresh. Jacob was very courteous.will return. Keep up the good work.

  I've visited this KFC many times over quite a few years. The staff is always polite and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. Tonight they were out of extra crispy, my favorite. But how can you beat fried chicken and the fixins, even it's original? This store is also easy to reach from the highway.

  I came in to this KFC location and perchased a $20 fill up. The Manager Eugene Fleming is an amazing manager. Great food and great customer service. Having managed a Maaco body shop for 8 years here in Aurora I have say that this is the place to come for some Chicken. Having read all the reviews on this location, too may customer's expect perfection and don't give credit where credit is due. I believe Eugene makes a great impact on this location. He is friendly, hard working and always pleasant with his customer's. He treats this location like it's his own business in more ways than one. My hat goes of to Eugene for his exceptional customer service and great manager skills. Make no mistake that I will be referring many of my customer's to this location. Thanks again Eugene. You have won a customer for life.
