  Can I say something but not being rude. I’m in the restaurant industry myself I understand turnover rate at this moment is something fierce. I feel bad for the franchise owner unless it’s corporate look at the reviews do you not care how your store is doing are you not aware of how much more money you could be making if things were better. Be aware please be aware

  The Pan Supreme Pizza I ordered hit all the taste buds... the only thing is that pizza could of used a little bit more sauce...The service was pleasant...Oh and I had to PAY for peppers wasn't too excited about that...

  I just wanted to say thank you for the staff working on Sunday night 12/4, door dash appeared to magically not deliver my order but after reaching out to the store directly and explaining the situation they made the situation right by Re entering my order and hand delivering it themselves. Door dash was no help. This Pizza Hut location stepped up and I really appreciated it.

  I will have to admit, it has been a long time since we had ordered anything from Pizza Hut. I checked my order history and we haven't ordered there since 2019. Besides the pandemic, the crust was something that didn't always seem consistent when we ordered. Back when they offered flavored crusts, they were sometimes too salty or too greasy. Compared to other pizza restaurants, they also don't always have the best deals. This week we decided to give them another try. I ordered online and was able to use 2 different deals. We had a $10 large 3-topping pizza with a hand-tossed crust and a large 1-topping stuffed cheese crust for $13.99. We drove down to the restaurant to pick them up and they were both ready within the 15 minute estimated cook time. The hand-tossed pizza was good. We had pepperoni, pineapple, and Italian sausage on that one. I liked the crust. It tasted really fresh, but plain. Whenever I think of Pizza Hut from the olden days, I think of a buttery tasting crust. Maybe that is only the pan pizza now, I am not sure. I might try that next time. The pan pizza is an additional charge of $2 or $3. The stuffed crust pizza was also yummy, but when you choose to have the 1 topping on only half the pizza, I wish that they would give you what they would have put on the other half, since you are still paying the same price. Both pizzas were cooked nicely and the employees were friendly and quick when we went to pick them up.

  We are a big family and ordered dinner to celebrate my sons bday. All Pizzas where burned to the point that it had absorbed the sauce and was completely dried up. You can't tell me that when it came out of the oven they did not see that. Should be ashamed of delivering food like that. People just don't give a rats anymore. So sad to see :-( Poor customer service.
