::This location is terrible. Yesterday was the third time trying to stop here to eat and they were closed at 12:15. Posted hours to 3 pm and closed. Close it down for good already if you aren’t going to be open for business, it’s so annoying to show up to a closed store when it’s supposed to be open.

::MUST STOP HERE...This location is the best I have ever been to. The gentlemen who work the lunch time are amazing. Great energy, super fast and the best customer service. Zach and the guys are always welcoming with smiles on their faces. Go to sandwich spot for sure.

::FREAKY SLOW!! Placed an order for delivery and waited over an hour and called multiple times for an update and every time they said it was on its way. Lies. I was only located 8 min away from this Jimmy John’s. First I called after 40 min of waiting, they said the driver drove to the wrong location but it was in its way so I decided to wait a bit more. After at an hour, I called again and asked for a discount, they said they could give me a credit for my next order, which is probably also a lie. I continued to wait, then an hour and 15min of waiting I called to ask for a refund cause it STILL did not arrive. All the guy said was ok I’ll cancel the ticket bye, no apology or anything. They clearly have 0 customer service. They lost my business.

::Food is fine after actually receiving it but the delivery took over an hour after it had said it was "out for delivery". To top it off I was delivered the straw for the drink they forgot to give me. Paid for something I didn't receive paid a fee for delivery and tipped my driver for their service. Not super happy this time.
