They have reopened after their remodel and the place looks awesome. Always friendly good, delicious lite lunch fare.

LOVE the Cod & Chips, best I've had anywhere! Fresh sandwiches too! Very nice people and fair price food. YUMMY!

Simple, tasty, inexpensive. It's probably the cheapest place to have lunch in pioneer square. The sandwiches are all made with very fresh veggies (e.g. Tender baby Romain lettuce leaves). Believe it or not I'd stay away from the teriyaki and Chinese entrees. Stick to sandwiches, fish-n-chips (large portions!), hot sandwiches. Although I see most people getting the Japanese and Chinese entrees, so maybe it's just me. Very nice family runs the place!

I don't know about the other reviewer and his 2 star snobby rating ,but this is a great place! It isn't weird and pioneer square has always been like this...Anyway,the deli and market is awesome! They have cheap burgers and French dip! And the market is great if you want a snack or soda...the burger, fries and soda special was great and the place was very quiet...i would recommend this family run place if you are hungry for a hamburger or snacks and drinks! 5 stars!

What a weird place. Nice people that work there, but this place is a bit of an awkward mix between a deli and a convenience store with an Asian-leaning product line. With that being said, their sandwiches do the trick. I had their rib eye cheesesteak and thought it was a fair value. If you're looking for a quick bite, or if you value having the ability to talk at a normal volume, this might be a viable option over the slew of awesome bars/quick food stops in the area. They do keep it pretty clean, so kudos for that! There seems to be a shortage of, well, "sanitation efforts" at many of the establishments in this neck of the woods.
