  Since returning to Kentucky two years ago, I have purchased all of my appliances at Pieratt’s and have been very satisfied with the experience. I recently had a concern about my washing machine and the technician replaced a shock. The service technician was very friendly and professional. It is important to me to have the service department available if needed. I will continue to purchase my appliances from Pieratt’s and would recommend Pieratt’s to everyone!!

  The fellows on truck 28 were so professional with awesome attitudes on a really tough and hard to figure out space! And they were agile enough to climb around but really strong too! Thank you, thank you for helping out at my elderly Mother's home.... They were so polite & kind to her and she wasn't in the best of humor either!

  My wife and I continue to return to Pieratts for the best deals. They carry all the top brands and will gladly give honest reviews. We have purchased a refrigerator, mattress, and a dishwasher from them. I will definitely return when it is time to upgrade our sofa. They also have an extended warranty that is above anyone else's.

  Very polite young men. My dog ran off during the delivery and one of the young men chased him down and brought him back to me unharmed. I asked them to reposition my washer (purchased and installed by another vendor) and they did so without hesitation, as my salesman said they would. I feel reassured that by choosing a local vendor I will receive the same excellent service I received today in the future.

  My new appliances arrived on time. Drivers were very courteous and worked very quickly. When they pulled the old stove out they noticed a burn mark on the wall and were quick to point it out. They even took a part off the stove to make sure it was a stove issue and not something coming from the wall! They were genuinely concerned for our safety! Both drivers were very nice and went over setting up everything. Everything from shopping, buying, and delivery was handled professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend.
