  I went by myself and Frank helped me. He was super sweet and answered all my questions. He didn’t push me and let me look on my own. I went back with my husband 2 days later and worked with Debbie since Frank wasn’t there. She was amazing and never once rushed us but helped us with everything(pillows took the most time-LOL!) We bought a sectional, leather recliner, and ottoman and I can’t wait to get it all in! I will definitely be back and after looking at 5 different stores, Burkes had the best selection and prices for what we wanted.

  Debbie was great. She contacted the England rep and confirmed that I could get the sofa I chose. She did not rush me as we considered pillows and decorating ideas. She got prices quickly and processed the paperwork easily. She could not have been more efficient and personable!

  This is our second time buying furniture at Burke's, and we've been pleased both times. The sales people don't overwhelm you or follow your every move, but they are available often enough that you can get directions or information. The furniture is good quality, and you have the opportunity to choose the type and color of upholstery/leather. We hoped for a little better pricing during the sale, but still were pleased with our purchase.
