::Do not spend your money at this florist- I ordered from their web site a sympathy arrangement that was to include various different flowers and what was delivered was a horrible disheveled collection (can’t even call it an “arrangement” ) of hot pink roses with some baby’s breath shoved between them. I made it clear when placing the order that it was a “Sympathy” order, and gave the item number off their web site from the “Sympathy” options for the selection, but when my daughter was handed the flowers she was wished a Happy Birthday !!!!!.or “whatever”.. That was completely unacceptable to someone who had just suffered a loss. When I called to speak to the manager Jim he handed the phone off to someone else right in the middle of our conversation with no warning and I was told he “stepped out” When I finally went over the details with another person and they in turn spoke with the “stylist” who made the arrangement it was agreed that the “arrangement” would be replaced the next day. I was assured the replacement would be satisfactory but again it was not, and I can honestly say Walmart, Safeway and the guy on the corner have better arrangements. Flowers are sent and given for the most part to express any array of feelings, and these were meant to convey sympathy, love and support and a horrible mess of hot pink/florescent pink roses did not do that. This florist will never see another penny of my hard earned money and I would like to offer this to anyone considering this florist:“Buyer beware”
