  I ordered the flowers on Friday, and online it said that they would be delivered on Monday instead of Mother's day Sunday. But, Chase was so awesome and did wind up delivering them today after all. I am very happy with their service and the prices are very reasonable. My awesome mom loved the arrangement as well. Thank you Chase, I'm very glad to have found your company and if I need flower services in the future, I will definitely be ordering through you!!

  This place is awesome. The owner took time to speak to me on the phone and make sure I figured out what would work best since I was very indecisive ..he was able to go back to real customer service days where we can appreciate feeling validated .Prices are great. ..other florists were trying to make an arrangement that was easy and they wanted not what I wanted and their prices were a lot higher.

  The flowers were amazingly beautiful! Brian was extremely helpful & very professional! My sister works at the hospital & although it was complicated to figure out how to get it to her, he did his best & went out of his way to make sure she received them! Thank you guys for making sure your clients are satisfied!

  My friends and I ordered a “just because” flower arrangement from Chase Flower Shop in Fresno, California and they did an amazing job!! The flower arrangement was delivered yesterday and it is so beautiful!! They went above and beyond once again in their customer service!! We will continue to come back to them every time!!   I live out of state so I placed my order over the phone with Mike who was friendly and professional. Ordering was quick and easy. They had my flower arrangement delivered within 3 hours. Grandma loved them just as beautiful as the picture online. Definitely will order from them again. Thank you Chase Flower Shop!
